My name is Paul Bhangoo and I am excited for my first blog post. I am looking forward to conversing with my classmates about the class material and reading everyone’s blogs. The gaming aspect of the course really appeals to me being that I am a avid gamer myself. The first game we played, “Facade” was interesting and if not for this course I would not have played it. It shows how far games have come and the ability for almost anyone to create something playable and interactive. Despite the low resolution graphics and lack of open world environment; the game still has a sense of realism. This is done through well thought dialogue and the ability to interact with the characters. I found the characters so annoying and this made it even more enjoyable to torment and make them fight. I didn’t expect to react to the game the way I did and this made the experience truly enjoyable.
