The First Post

Hey all!  My name is Daryl Hayward and I’m probably the oldest guy in the class.  I have a full time job working at The North Shore Youth Safe House and I’m just trying to get my BA right now.  Slow and steady.  I’m originally from Manitoba and have lived in North Vancouver for a year and a half.  Before moving here I was a student and a working musician, playing bass in a hip-hop group called Abstract Artfrom.  Feel free to google that or to check out my solo stuff at darylhayward.bandcamp.com.

Like all of us, I am writing this blog because I have to.  I have already beaten Bioshock Infinite so it should be a breeze of a class.  I’m already enjoying this class because I love video games. I remember getting the first Nintendo Entertainment System for Chirstmas. Like I said……I’m old.  If you want to drink…..Kool Aid…..and play vids, hit me up.
